Falling in love on vacation is wonderful, but can it last in real life? “90 Day Fiancé” has been tackling those kinds of questions in several seasons. Last year the franchise launched the first season of “90 Day Fiancé: Love in Paradise.” It checked in on various couples who met on short vacations in the tropics and fell in love.

Season two, which premiers Friday, June 10 at 8 p.m. Eastern, follows several new couples and two returning couples to see how relationships that started in far-flung locations are progressing. The show follows these folks and their drama when faced with “real life” challenges related to different backgrounds and lifestyles. Among the lovers this season are two LGBTQ couples and a throuple, a romantic relationship between three people.
Discovery reveals:
“Tensions rise and secrets unfold as these couples attempt to join their vastly different lifestyles together and they realize that their compatibility during a short-lived vacation romance may not be suitable for a lasting connection. Will these twosomes and threesomes reconcile their differences, or start to question if their time together was in fact, a mirage?”
One of the returning couples is Aryanna from Quincy, lll., and Sherlon from Jamaica. Discovery summarizes:
“Last season ended with Aryanna giving birth in America to her son Odin without Sherlon present. After a trip to Jamaica where Aryanna attempted to convince Sherlon to move to America and raise their child together, she is taking one last flight out to Jamaica in hopes that Sherlon has a change of heart after meeting their son. Amongst other problems, now there’s a question as to whether or not Sherlon has been faithful. Is Sherlon ready to be a father and potential partner to Aryanna or, is his easy-going, tourist-pleasing fun-filled lifestyle still too hard to give up?”
