“Love Is Blind” season 3 stars Brennon and Alexa Lemieux are going to be parents, announcing on Friday they’re expecting their long-awaited first child.
The lovebirds shared the happy news in a series of Instagram posts.
“The best of me and the best of you,” Alexa captioned a set of pics in which the couple holds up a newspaper that reads, “Baby Lemieux coming to a crib near you summer 2024.”
In a separate video post set to Natalie Cole’s “This Will Be (An Everlasting Love),” the couple is all smiles and sharing a sweet kiss.
“We wanted this to happen and so we’re just grateful to be here,” Alexa told People. “It’s been such a big part of my life and I’m the worst secret keeper so I’m ready for it to be out there!”
The reality stars also opened up about their challenging fertility journey.
“We’ve been trying for almost a year and a half, so it was a lot,” she added. “I went through some fertility treatments and nothing worked. I was really nervous that maybe we’re never going to be able to have kids.”
“I stopped drinking, cut out caffeine. Was doing all the warming foods and acupuncture twice a week,” she continued. “I was doing everything I could. Then come November, I was like, it’s the holidays and I just want to give it a break. I’m so sick of it … And [forgetting about] it worked.”
The Netflix series also has another “Love Is Blind” baby on the way with season 4’s Bliss Poureetezadi and Zack Goytowski announcing they’re expecting as well.
Season 6 of “Love Is Blind” premieres Feb. 14 on Netflix.
